Custom Design Creation Policy At Dhanvi Design Studio, we provide customized design creation services according to each client's ideas, requirements, and specifications. To ensure a smooth design process and the best possible results, please read our policy carefully before placing an order. 1. Design Requirements Before starting the design process, the client must provide all necessary information, ideas, references, images, sketches, measurements, colour preferences, and other relevant specifications. The design will be created according to the information and instructions provided by the client. 2. Design Creation Charges The charge for creating one custom design is ₹1,500, payable in advance. Design work will begin only after the advance payment has been received and all required design details have been provided. 3. Design Submission Once the design is completed, we will send it to the client for review and approval. The client should carefully check the design and communicate any required changes clearly. 4. Revision Policy The cost of one custom design includes one round of revisions. The client may request changes to the submitted design once, provided the requested changes are within the original project requirements. After the included revision has been used, any further changes will be charged at ₹500 per change. 5. Additional Requirements Any new ideas, major modifications, or changes that differ significantly from the original instructions may be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges. Such charges will be communicated to the client before proceeding. 6. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete design information before work begins. Delays or design discrepancies resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or subsequently changed instructions may affect the delivery timeline and may involve additional charges. 7. Payment and Order Confirmation The advance payment of ₹1,500 confirms the custom design order. Work will commence after payment and receipt of the necessary design details. Any additional revision charges must be paid before the corresponding changes are carried out. 8. Acceptance of Policy By placing a custom design order with Dhanvi Design Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Custom Design Creation Policy.
